CALL FOR SUBMISSION FOR COMMUNICATIONS

(ORAL AND POSTER)

Late phase - 16 April - 31 May (decision in June)

Submission process

Please follow the steps below to submit your proposal.

1. Create an Account (to be done once)

If you do not already have an account, please create one.
Please note that creating an account does not register you for the conference. To register and pay the fee, go to the “Registration” tab once you have an account (starting April, 1rst).

📣 During the account creation process, some users may receive an “invalid token” message when confirming their email address. If this occurs, please ignore the message—your account has been successfully activated. You can simply log in.

2. Log in

Enter your login and password

3. Submit Your Proposal

Once logged in, go to the “Submit a proposal” tab to submit your proposal.

Types of Contributions

Two types of contributions are available:

• Oral presentation (12 minutes in parallel sessions)
• Poster (A0 portrait format)

Submission Requirements

• Title

Provide a clear and concise title that reflects the content of the presentation.

• Abstract (max. 250 words)

The abstract should clearly describe the topic and main content of the presentation.

• Topic Selection

Select up to three topics that best match your proposal. If you have been invited to contribute to a special session, select only that special session.
Some special sessions listed among the topics are open to submissions, while others are closed and should only be selected by authors already invited by the session organizers (invited contributor only).

• Authors

Add all co-authors and indicate the presenting speaker(s). If possible, please include only one affiliation per author.

Review Process

The Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions in two phases:

• Early submissions (first month): reviewed at the end of April, with decisions communicated in May(accepted / rejected / to be confirmed).
• Late submissions: reviewed after the submission deadline (31 May) with decisions communicated in June.

Please note that final acceptance is confirmed only after the presenting author has registered (paid) for the conference.

4. Upon acceptance (or before)

Log in to the conference website. 

Go to the “Registration” tab to register and pay your fee.
