Proposal guidelines

Early phase 16 March - 15 April (decision in May) Late phase - 16 April - 31 May (decision in June)
Submission process
Please follow the steps below to submit your proposal. 1. Create an Account (to be done once)If you do not already have an account, please create one.
📣 During the account creation process, some users may receive an “invalid token” message when confirming their email address. If this occurs, please ignore the message—your account has been successfully activated. You can simply log in.

3. Submit Your Proposal Once logged in, go to the “Submit a proposal” tab to submit your proposal. Types of ContributionsTwo types of contributions are available:
Submission Requirements
Provide a clear and concise title that reflects the content of the presentation.
The abstract should clearly describe the topic and main content of the presentation.
Select up to three topics that best match your proposal. If you have been invited to contribute to a special session, select only that special session.
Add all co-authors and indicate the presenting speaker(s). If possible, please include only one affiliation per author.
Review ProcessThe Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions in two phases:
Please note that final acceptance is confirmed only after the presenting author has registered (paid) for the conference.
4. Upon acceptance (or before)Log in to the conference website. Go to the “Registration” tab to register and pay your fee.
