Dear future participants to SERE2026,

you will find below the amount of the registration fees for the conference as well as the payment terms.

FEES

Conference fees             

• • Early bird  (until June, 14^th)    
    • Regular SERE / REVER member: 350 euros
    • Non-member: 450 €
    • Students / reduced: 200 €
  • Late fee (15 June -  31 July)
    • Regular: 500 €
    • Students / reduced: 200 €
  • One day participation: 100 €

Training courses (August, 24^th): 50 €

Conference Dinner           

• • Regular: 50€
  • Students: 35 €
  • Accompagnying person (1 max): 50 €

• The Conference Dinner's fees should be paid (preferably) together with registration at the end of the registration process but if necessary  you can pay independently through this link.

The fees include :

• Access to all scientific sessions, exhibitions, and poster areas
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the event
• Social events: icebreaker, welcome reception
• Excursions: half- and full-day trips
• Delegate kit
• Certificate of attendance
• All taxes

They not include :

• Accommodation  
• Conference dinner
• Courses and workshops (see specific page)

Payment can be made :
